After completion of a Quarter, test the student's comprehension of the concepts covered by MasterMath during that quarter.

At the end of the year, test the student with a Final Exam.

The Exam will highlight what areas the student needs more work in. For instance, if the Exam indicates that the student is having problems with Proportions, have the student re-visit the Proportions' Video Lesson, Worksheet and Quiz. Or consider purchasing an On-line Tutoring Session to work on the concepts the student is having problems with.

These Exams were designed to be graded by MasterMath; consequently, there is no Answer Sheet provided. There are several reasons for this:

1. The student is asked to "Show Your Work". By examining the student's "Work", we can assess whether she understands part of the concept, understand the concept but didn't understand the question, or doesn't understand the concept.
2. If Answer Sheets were provided, there would be a temptation for the student to "peak" at the answers to improve their score. While an improved score might make the student and parent feel better, they are a detriment to the student's learning.

You are, of course, welcome to use the Exams, and grade them yourself. However, please consider giving your student a further push towards success by taking MasterMath to the next level.

For a fee of $35.00, MasterMath will grade the exam, give the student a letter grade, and supply a 1 hour on-line tutoring session to go over the concepts which need further work. All you do is download and print the Exam, have the student show their work and answers on the printed Exam, then mail the marked-up Exam to MasterMath, 446 NW 37th PL, Cape Coral, FL 33993. Please pay the $35 fee by Purchasing a Single Session (link on the left side of this page). Then you will want to schedule a Tutoring Session (Schedule a Session). Please schedule your session no sooner than a week after mailing the Exam. You will need to Create An Account with MasterMath in order to Schedule a Session.
